Every workshop participant will receive comprehensive subject literature, a summary video of the training within 24 hours, a follow-up video one week later, and access to an optional Microsoft Teams Q&A session after one month.

These resources are specially designed to help overcome the “forgetting curve,” a concept introduced by German psychologist Hermann Ebbinghaus.

Our objective is simple. Make workshop participants better with practical wisdom learned from 40 years of doing it.

All Academy Training Sessions are virtual through Microsoft Teams and offer leadership wisdom for executives, business owners, managers, supervisors, assistant supervisors or inspiring leaders.
